PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This most powerful style of yoga, also known as “the yoga of awareness”, is a fast-track to spiritual transformation and higher states of consciousness. Each session includes a dynamic blend of Asanas, Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation, Mantra, and Relaxation. Chanting mantras is an ancient technique for elevating consciousness through rhythmic repetition of the sounds and activating different energy points in the body. Kundalini yoga is excellent for removing stress and dissolving emotional blockages. It also enhances flexibility, balance, strength, focus, and the joy of being. These classes are beginner friendly. Most exercises are done on the floor; but they can be adapted for the chair if necessary. Please consult with your doctor if you’re experiencing a limiting injury or medical condition.
