The role will have some basic daily/weekly administrative roles, such as:

  • maintaining client and supplier records
  • filing
  • assisting with client correspondence and scheduling, when necessary

As we are a small team, everyone needs to be able to assist with different areas of the business. The right candidate for this role is also very comfortable in a retail setting. No need for sales experience, but having an aptitude for customer service is essential.

Admin and Sales Support – Robinson Bath and Lighting

Reporting to the Vancouver Showroom Branch Manager, the Admin & Support will greet customers, directing them to the appropriate team member to assist them in their customer needs. The Sales Support Specialist will also assist our in-store customers with any general inquiries regarding our products.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact and support for customers
  • Setting up selection appointments for our customers as required
  • Support the Showroom Consultants by assisting with returns, warranty and service requests
  • Assisting customer with selecting accessory items including light bulbs and plumbing replacement parts
  • Become a valued sales team member by learning and developing strong sales skills
  • Entering orders and preparing spec packages to support the sales team
  • Process payments in the store and over the phone
  • Maintain showroom price tags
  • Assist with store inventory counts
  • Covering reception duties and completing general administrative duties as required

About You:

  • Interest in interior design and/or lighting and plumbing

EA/Support Worker – Summer Break Job Opportunity

Looking for a respite worker for Summer Break: July & August. To spend a 6-hour day, each day for 2 weeks, with a 10-year-old girl on the Autism Spectrum. Taking her to a day ‘camp’, which is Thunderbird Elementary school in Vancouver which is just behind her house. She can attend the camp if she has 1:1 person. Pay $18.00/ hour. We need someone for 2 days from Monday – Wednesday at Thunderbird school. From 9:00 am – 3:00 – So either Monday-Tuesday, or Tuesday- Wednesday – Flexible with scheduling Sarah will be part of the Kidsafe programming throughout this time. Sarah is a largely non-verbal 10-year-old child with autism. She attends Thunderbird school, so she is very familiar with it. The job would include walking her to school from her house, though it is a 3-minute walk, so that should not be a problem. The one-to-one worker will ensure that Sarah stays safe, and is able to participate in as many activities as possible. They will have to remind her to use the washroom regularly and assist if she needs help. They will stay with her at all times, including lunch – though Sarah is able to feed herself lunch.
The job will be from July 5th – September 1st, with Monday, August 2nd off.

  • Loves water – jumping in it, pouring it on her head when appropriate
